# Refund Policy
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
## Event tickets
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you can no longer attend, forget the show, or buy the wrong ticket.
You are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value if:
- The event is cancelled and not rescheduled
- The event is rescheduled and the new date does not suit you (you may choose a refund or to keep your ticket for the new date)
- The event is materially different from what was advertised
Booking fees and payment processing fees may not be refundable.
If an event is rescheduled to a new date, your existing ticket will be valid for the new date unless you request a refund within 14 days of the change being announced.
Lost or stolen tickets: contact us and we will reissue your QR ticket to the email on your order.
## Merch
If you are not happy with a merch order you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

- Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing
- Once we receive and inspect the return we will refund to your original payment method within 5 business days
## Faulty items
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was advertised, we will refund, replace, or repair it in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Send photos and your order number to oscarrobertsoncomedy@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
## How to request a refund
Email oscarrobertsoncomedy@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
